Process
Step 1
We visit site, measure the area, and talk through finish options and access. You receive a written quote within 24 hours with scope, materials, and timeline clearly listed.
Step 2
We excavate to the correct depth, remove existing surfaces, and compact the base. Formwork is set and Australian-standard steel mesh or reo is installed before the pour.
Step 3
Concrete is ordered to the required mix and poured to your selected finish: plain, coloured, or exposed aggregate. Expansion cuts are made at the correct intervals.
Step 4
Concrete is protected during the initial cure period. Foot traffic is usually safe after 24 to 48 hours. Vehicles stay off for at least 7 days. Full strength is reached at 28 days.
Step 5
Formwork is removed, spoil is taken away, and the site is cleaned. We then walk you through concrete care and maintenance before handover.
